Relationship management: what is important
When preparing an offer, as much information as possible is collected to gain sufficient insight into the project.
Construction conditions, planning with contractor, drawing details, and final tender date are included in the offer.
BFW offers a tool to include this information in the offer.
This allows you to see whether requests have been taken into consideration and to check which offers require follow up.
The relationship management module allows you to distinguish (beside customers and suppliers) between potential contractors, potential suppliers, and industry associations.
This format ensures that offers for both contractors and relationship can be created. A relationship can even be established if there are no prior projects or offers in the database. This can be useful in the future when the customer requests a new project and old relationship data can be recalled.

The screen for quotation requests shows all the necessary information per offer: which contractors have received an offer and what was discussed with the contact person. Furthermore, a separate calculation can be included with every request.
