This screen is easy to use and recognizes errors.
It also allows for the use of inserts without losing a clear overview of the bending schedule positions.
BFW will automatically include data that makes the bending schedule suitable for production.
Structure of a project
The bending schedule includes a portion of the reinforcement of a project.
A project can be divided into phases such as floors, basement, foundation, lift pit, and housing type A/B/C.
This subdivision is called phasing. Bending schedules can be created under each phase.
The bending schedule itself can also be divided into segments, so that prefab beams remains visible as a reinforcement group.
This division offers maximum flexibility in the monitoring of a project.

Creating bending schedules
The bending schedule data can be entered in several ways:
Manual entry;
Generating reinforcements from the elements library;
Importing from the BVBS module;
Through PXML import, which combines 3D information with loose bars.
In addition to reinforcements, the PXML import also generates measurements of separate individual bars of a (prefab) component.
This provides additional support (in the form of measured welding sketches) during production.

Meshes may be included as standard meshes, but also as specific project meshes.

A specific group of materials consisting of a steel sheet with attached handles in various forms.

Benefits of creating a bending schedule
The BFW bending schedule is clear. Both the shape of the bar and the element to which the bar is fastened remain visible.
BFW allows you to distinguish between billable and producible kilos.
As a result, the provided bending schedule can be used for billing, while customized reinforcement is used for production.
The scale of the bars can be shown, allowing the user to check the correct measurement.
